Celery Pascal

Medium early variety. The germination period 100-120 days. Strong growth habits form stalks 40-70 cm tall. The leaves are fragrant, dark green, delicately nutty flavor. Likes plenty of water and rich, sandy soil. The stalks of this variety do not require bleaching. Used fresh and for cooking salads, sauces, broths, and as a seasoning in dried form.
