Cauliflower Snow Ball

Mid-early variety (90-110 days) with excellent taste. Forms a flat-round, dense head of snow-white color. Weight 500-900 g (17 - 32 oz.). Good resistance to diseases and bad weather conditions. An excellent choice for home cooking and freezing. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************ INSTRUCTIONS. Sow indoors, February-May, 1.5cm (1/2") deep in trays of seed compost. Keep moist and warm in a cold frame or cold greenhouse. Transplant when large enough to handle to larger pots or cell trays. Harden off for planting in May, spacing of 60cm (24") apart. Sow outdoors, May-June, 1.5cm (1/2") deep in a seed bed or final position. Thin out or transplant to 60cm (24") apart and water in well. Cloche protection against frosts and netting against birds is advisable.
