Beautiful and perennial winter hard flowering plant with erect stems, 40-50 cm (16-20 in.) high. Cup-shaped, tender white beautiful flowers, diameter 5-6 cm (2-2.5 in.). Perfect for group plantings, rock gardens, pots, containers, and borders. Sow indoors in spring or sow directly after the danger of frost has passed. Surface sow onto moist, well-drained seed compost. Do not cover seed as light is needed for germination. Simply press seeds into the soil. Ideal temp. 20°C. Germination takes 15-30 days approx. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle to individual pots and grow on in cooler conditions. Acclimatize and plant out after the danger of frost has passed.
