The annual herb grows 30-60cm (12-24in.) tall. Dense, blue inflorescences, blooms from June-July. The Smell and taste are like ordinary fenugreek, but milder. Blue fenugreek is widely used in Georgian cuisine, where it is known as utskho-surely ********************************************************************************************************** Sow directly. Sow 5mm deep into prepared soil which is well-drained and in a sunny spot. Sow into drills 20cm apart, seeds should have 5cm spacing within a row. Germination takes 7 days approx. The plant will grow rapidly once germinated. Successional sow for a continuous supply. If harvesting for leaves cut the stems a few cm above the base when the plants are up to 25cm tall.
